Which AI model is used — where does my data go?

Deeplexs works with enterprise-contracted large language model providers (sub-processors) for answer generation; hosting and cross-border transfer details are set out in the Privacy Agreement. Your data is not used for model training — by Deeplexs or our sub-processors; and Mask mode can anonymize sensitive data before processing. On the Enterprise plan, the model can also run entirely on your own infrastructure.
