Deeplexs does not sell physical goods; it provides a digital subscription service. This page explains how the service is delivered, the scope of the right of withdrawal, and refund conditions.
How the service is delivered
Access to your account opens automatically the moment payment is approved. There is no physical delivery, shipping process or delivery fee.
Withdrawal exception
Under art. 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form. You give express consent to immediate performance during checkout.
Trial and cancellation
A free trial is available before purchase so you can evaluate the service without commitment. You may stop your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the current period.
Service unavailability
If a technical fault on our side prevents access and is not resolved within a reasonable time, the fee corresponding to the unavailable period is refunded.
Incorrect or duplicate charges
Amounts charged in error or more than once are reviewed after notification and refunded to the card used. Depending on your bank, refunds usually appear within 3–14 business days.
