Privacy Policy — Deeplexs UYAP/UETS Assistant

From the UYAP attorney/institution portals (avukat.uyap.gov.tr, avukatbeta.uyap.gov.tr, kurum.uyap.gov.tr, kurumbeta.uyap.gov.tr), only data visible through the user's own authorized session is collected:

• Case details: docket/decision number, court, jurisdiction type/unit, status and dates
• Hearing details: date, time, court and related case link
• Party details: plaintiff, defendant and counsel names, plus national/tax ID numbers visible on UYAP
• Cost and payment records: collection/refund and payment details
• Document metadata: document ID, date, title and case link
• Document contents: PDF and other files (encoded as base64 for transfer to the backend)

From the PTT e-Tebligat portal (ptt.etebligat.gov.tr, api.etebligat.gov.tr), the following is collected:

• Notification metadata: sender/recipient names, subject, date and reference numbers
• Identity information: national/tax ID numbers contained in the notification
• Document contents: notification PDF documents and attachments
• Distribution details: notification sender and recipient information

• Deeplexs JWT token: JSON Web Token (including refresh token) used to connect to the Deeplexs backend
• PTT bearer token: PTT portal session token, stored temporarily in browser storage
• UYAP session: the portal's JSESSIONID cookie (managed by the browser; the Extension only acts through the active session)
• UETS account: the selected UETS account name
• User information: email, organization ID and account ID

• Backend / Auth API URLs (embedded at build time)
• Auto-sync settings and UI preferences
• UYAP filters saved by the user
• Transfer progress state and recovery statistics
• Error messages (browser console only; removed in production builds)

Collected data is used solely to:

• Automatically fetch case/hearing/document data from UYAP and notification data from PTT
• Securely sync collected data to the user's Deeplexs account
• Authenticate access to the UYAP, PTT and Deeplexs APIs
• Show progress and error status to the user
• Consolidate UYAP and PTT data under a single platform

Temporary data is stored only in the user's browser via the Chrome Storage API: UYAP/PTT data is buffered until sent to the backend; auth tokens are kept for the session; Extension settings are persisted.

Collected data is sent to the Deeplexs backend (deeplexs.com). The backend infrastructure is operated by Deeplexs and stored in line with KVKK (Turkish data protection law).

What we do:

• Data is transmitted only to the Deeplexs backend (*.deeplexs.com) and official government APIs (api.etebligat.gov.tr, *.uyap.gov.tr)
• All communication is encrypted over HTTPS
• Data is kept isolated under the user's own Deeplexs organization

What we never do:

• Collected data is never sold or shared with third parties
• No data is sent to advertising networks, analytics services or other third parties
• Data is not used for credit assessment or lending
• Extension developers cannot directly access user data

• HTTPS: all API requests use encrypted connections
• Token security: auth tokens are stored securely in browser storage
• Local processing: data is processed in the browser; only the result is sent to the backend
• Manifest V3: Chrome's latest and most secure extension standard is used
• Minimum host permissions: only required domains (UYAP, PTT, Deeplexs) are accessed
• Production build: console logs, debugger statements and source maps are removed

• You can view your local data via Chrome DevTools → Application → Storage
• You can access your synced data through the Deeplexs platform
• You can delete all local data by removing the Extension
• You can request deletion of backend data through Deeplexs account management
• You can disable auto-sync, clear local tokens via “Log out”, and cancel an active transfer via “Stop”

• storage: to store auth tokens, settings and the temporary data buffer
• alarms: for the PTT auto-sync scheduler
• tabs: to locate UYAP/PTT tabs and communicate with the content script
• cookies: to read the UYAP JSESSIONID and PTT session cookies (on permitted domains only)
• scripting: to inject the content script into UYAP/PTT pages
• activeTab: to interact with the active tab when the user starts an action
• notifications: to notify the user when a new PTT notification arrives
• offscreen: to keep long-running transfers going in the background while the side panel is closed
• host_permissions: to make HTTP requests to UYAP, the PTT API and the Deeplexs backend

• UYAP Portal (avukat.uyap.gov.tr, kurum.uyap.gov.tr and beta versions): to fetch official UYAP data; subject to the Turkish Ministry of Justice privacy policy
• PTT e-Tebligat API (api.etebligat.gov.tr): to fetch official notification data; subject to PTT's privacy policy
• Deeplexs Backend API (https://uyap.deeplexs.com): to sync and store collected data; subject to the Deeplexs privacy policy
• Deeplexs Auth Service (https://auth.deeplexs.com): for authentication and organization/account management; subject to the Deeplexs privacy policy

This Extension is not designed for users under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from children. UYAP and PTT e-Tebligat are professional services used only by authorized attorneys, institution staff and official parties.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page and on the Chrome Web Store extension page.
